All sales of Horse Listings, Real Estate Listings Classified Ads and Business Directory Listings are final. Once your listing has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we do not provide refunds.
You are able to make changes to your listing at anytime from your user dashboard for your account. Please contact our customer support team with any questions.
All membership fees are non-refundable. Once you have subscribed to a membership plan, no refunds will be granted for any unused period of the plan. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of your subscription.
In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as a technical error on our end, we may consider providing a refund on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted to our customer support team within 5 business days of purchase. Please note that the decision to issue a refund remains at our sole discretion.
