Rental wanted for Petaluma horse trainer, great tenant!

Dressage trainer and responsible/friendly tenant looking for a new long term home to cherish in or around Petaluma/Santa Rosa. Must be dog friendly with a fenced yard (or open to one being built at my expense) for my sweet pup who is well behaved and comes to work with me. Horse property would be fun but not required. Great credit/references/ income. Price range through 4k depending on home. Thank you for considering us!
