Low Level Jumper

Good low level jumper that does his changes. He has some ground manner issues that make it so that I won't sell him to a beginner. He is NOT a first horse. But if you have good horsemanship skills and love a project this would be a great horse!! He can be affectionate and fancy. He desperately wants one person and a job hopefully that includes jumping! I need to sell him ASAP because we need the stall.
