ISO Empty Horse Stables

Do you have horse stables that are idle, just sitting, unused? We are seeking long term self-care opportunity for our retired horses. We feed, clean up, and care for the horses ourselves.
Must have access to safe water. Power would be a plus.
Penn Valley or Grass Valley preferred.

Would like a move-in date of March 1st or shortly thereafter!
