Self-started mobile training business offering a diverse range of services such as ground work, starting under saddle, lessons, desensitization, exposure training, problem solving, etc. Traveled to client’s homes or boarding facilities and worked with a variety of different breeds ranging in age from foals to semi-retired horses. Assisted clients with veterinarian and farrier appointments and gave general horse care and barn management instruction.

Responsible for training, exercise, feed and care of 10 privately owned barrel racing horses, including foals and stallions. Daily duties included feeding hay, cleaning pastures, rotating horses on the 4 horse hot walker, therapies (PEMF blanket and colloidal silver respiratory nebulizer), riding, training, feeding grain and supplements. Held horses for the farrier, administered medications, applied poultices and wraps and addressed any wounds or injuries accordingly. Maintained barns and fencing as needed.
